Which are the Best
Law Colleges in India

You may come across many different rankings that would attempt to capture which are the top 10 or 20 law schools in India. While some of these rankings may be accurate in varying degrees, we believe it is difficult to come up with a standard metric to measure the performance of different kinds of law schools. We have accordingly adopted a slightly different approach and set out below what we believe are the top 10 law schools in the country in three broad categories: (1) National Law Universities, (2) Traditional Government-Run/Aided Law Colleges; and (3) Private Law Schools.
